Based in St. Petersburg, FL, I’ve spent over a decade serving my community through personalized guidance and creative loan solutions. When I’m not working, I enjoy spending time in Puerto Rico with my wife, Carrie, and our son, Nolan. Family and community are at the heart of everything I do, and I’m passionate about using my expertise to make a positive impact.

I have been processing since 1997.With 27 years of experience in the mortgage industry, I am confident in my abilities to contribute effectively to your team. Throughout my mortgage career, I have been lucky enough to engage in various roles.
I have worked as a Team Lead, Sr. Loan Processor, Loan Officer Assistant, and my favorite: Being able to take care of our clients and making this process easier for their experience. My fondness for processing matches my motivation, determination, and organizational skills. In my previous roles as a mortgage loan processor, I successfully managed a high volume of loan files from application through closing, ensuring accuracy, compliance, timely processing, and high levels of customer service.
I have worked on builder accounts (Dr. Horton & Seeno, to name a few), Conventional Loans, HELOCS, HELOANS, Jumbo, VA, FHA, Non-QM, and I am willing to learn as much as possible.
